Operations

Bortex’ Headquarters are located in Malta and represent the operating base of the company. The design, product development, marketing, sales and sales administration functions are housed there.

Bortex has a wholly-owned subsidiary in Tunisia, producing formal menswear, which is run by a highly experienced team of Maltese, Czech and Tunisian nationals.

The company also produces men’s formal garments in China in partnership with two local operators, one located near Shanghai and the other in Hangzhou province.

Bortex has set up its own China office which, besides coordinating production and logistical activities handles, all local sourcing of raw materials. Maltese technical teams are in place in both factories to supervise production and to maintain quality standards on an ongoing basis.
